12-month limited warranty
Every product we sell comes with a 12-month limited warranty from Dialed Espresso Co., starting on the day your order is delivered. It covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal home use.
What we'll do: if a product fails because of a defect during the warranty period, we'll replace it free of charge or, if a replacement isn't available, refund what you paid for it.
How to claim: contact us or email dialedespressoco@gmail.com with your order number, a short description of the problem and a photo. Please don't send anything back until we reply.
Not covered: normal wear and tear, cosmetic changes from use, damage from misuse, dropping, modification or improper cleaning, and use with a machine the product isn't listed as fitting.
This warranty is given to the original buyer. It gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
Returns within 30 days of delivery are covered separately by our refund policy.
