Refund policy

We want your gear to fit and work. If something's wrong, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item: we'll send a free replacement or give a full refund. Please include a photo.

Wrong size ordered: contact us and we'll help you exchange it for the right size.

Changed your mind: unused items in original packaging can be returned for a refund. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Please don't send items back without contacting us first, since returns go to a different address than where orders ship from.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
